Q. How do we design and order our championship ring?
A. The first step is to contact your local sales representative who will guide you through the process of designing and ordering your championship ring. Please contact Customer Service at 1.800.837.4235 to locate your representative or if you have any issues!
Q. When will our items be delivered?
A. Scheduling times may vary or be extended if customized jewelry is chosen. Normal production time for a ring is approximately six weeks.
Q. What is covered under the Herff Jones Warranty?
A. Herff Jones fully warrants the ring and simulated gemstone to be free from defects in workmanship and/or material at the time of delivery. If your ring cannot be repaired or replaced under these terms, a refund will be allowed.
The following services will be performed at “no charge” for the life of the ring:
- Resize ring
- Replace broken or defective simulated gemstone (Genuine stones and diamonds are not covered under this warranty.)
- Restore the original finish of ring
The Herff Jones Warranty is void if work is performed by another jeweler.

Q. Is my NAIA Championship jewelry covered for loss or theft?
A. No, your NAIA Championship jewelry is not covered for loss or theft by a Herff Jones program.
Q. What Metal Qualities are available for our championship ring?
A. Ultrium-a non-precious jeweler’s alloy, silver-tone in color. Gold Plate Finish- An Ultrium ring with the appearance of yellow-tone
A. To preserve the beauty and lustre of your ring, clean it with mild detergent in lukewarm water and then rinse. Dry with a soft cloth. Do not use a brush, sharp instrument, or rough cloths for cleaning. Avoid contact with mercury or harsh acids as they will permanently discolor the ring.
